Nedbank debited without my concern!!!!

My whole salary was debited without my authority. They still want to debit another R5000 from my account,unfortunately they can't because there's no money left in my Nedbank account. I visited a branch near me and they offered no help whatsoever. How do i pay my bills and kids school fees. My family is all dependening on me. I would like Hello Peter to please interven in this matter.
