NEDBANK DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION!

Who gave nedbank the authority, to debit my account on the incorrect debit order date. Contractually my mfc debit order date is ment to be (x) nedbank debited me 2 days early. Utilizing a medical aid refund ment to be paid forward. We we agreed to a debit order for a reasaon. Made a call to nedbank, the advised that they ran a campaign debiting clients early and the ounus is on my self to reject the campaign. If I select a debit order date why the hell will nedbank run a campaign knowing that I get paid on a certain date.if I did not have additional money in my account what then? They tried the same BS on my spouse account.

Unsatisfactory service Requested to speak to a manager and the consultant rather spend time arguing with me on the phone. Should of never accepted finance with MFC, never had this issue with other banks.
