NEDBANK DEBITED ACC TWO WEEKS EARLY WITHOUT NOTICE

I have a loan through Nedbank. Come beginning of December every year, Nedbank send an sms stating that they intend debiting your account on X date (almost two weeks earlier than usual). I then contact Nedbank and say not to, as I only get paid on X date (earlier because of Christmas) and then they debit my account on that date. Well today, and without notice, they debited my account. Unfortunately I only get paid end of next week, so this has left me EXTREMELY short until then. Thank goodness for medical aid refunds due to me. <br> <br> Fortunately this is my last Christmas with Nedbank debiting my account as my loan is almost finished. I will never go back to them again for a loan. Other banks still debit on the usual date, regardless of it being Christmas. But Nedbank is a totally different story.
