Nedbank debit orders

Disgusted with service, got 2 nedbank debit orders signed to be taken off on 25 of every month, that has always gone off on or after payday, now suddenly debited on 22 , taking money that should be for living expenses and when phoning call center. Without asking for my name or account number get told sorry sir it's your own mistake cause you would of received an opt out msgs that you should of selected opt out of earlier debit . What is the reason for signing n contract to debit on payday if Nedbank can do with your money how they feel fit and mess up your budget leaving you without money and surely would have charged me with unpaid debit penalty if there was no funds in my account . They can phone you to make loans and credit cards but send msg to brake contracts
