Nedbank Debit Order System is ******* plus rude not so helpful consultants

Nedbank Debit order system is *******. They debit before the agreed date. When you complain on their customer call number of *** they send you from pillar to post. You listen to the annoying song. By luck if you get a consultant they are rude and do not listen to customer complaints and have no way forward to the client or what so ever. I've been banking with Nedbank for over 15 years now but I'm now thinking of closing my accounts and jump ship to another bank. I can't even reverse the debit order. It's the weekend now they took my money I was gonna spend for the weekend cos debit order should go of on Monday 15th. I used to speak highly of it to family and friends but now they hit me with an egg in my face. 🤧🤧🤧
