Nedbank debit order gone off much to early .

Nedbank's debit order went down from my account on the 14th of Dec 2018 for the amount of R4539.16. Every month it is going off on payday(25th of each month) but this month it went down on the 14th with out any warning or sms. When I called in to inquire about it and the lady said she will reverse it and that it will take 4 days. I wasn't happy about it and requested her to get her manager on the line. Her name was Nerissa (call ref : ********** 3) . she assured me that she will reverse the transaction with in 30 min and call me back. It is now 2 hours later and haven't received a call or my money as yet. Please can I have this investigated the soonest and get an update on my phone as well as my money back into my bank account today !! Thank you Nico
