Nedbank Debit - COVID-19 Relief FAIL

Good Day,

I app**** for the COVID-19 payment holiday on my Homeloan for my employer informed us that we will not be receiving a salary and UIF will be claimed on our behalf , This was approved and I thought all was in order. Yesterday a Nedbank debit order went off my account - Good bye UIF moneys , Now I'm sitting in deep trouble unable to buy necessities. Emailed the agents involved , eventually received a response stating I will be refunded in 3-4 working days... Disgusting.
