Nedbank Debi check

20 March I received a message to approve a cell c debi check which I rejected as I had no clue what that was about. Im so upset today to see a debit order from cell c going off my account. How did Nedbank allow this when I rejected it on my side? I have to deal with cell c now if I don’t my credit score will be severely affected.
