Nedbank De Doorns is recist

I experienced a very bad customer service at Nedbank De Doorns I went to update my credit card information . There were three tellers and the one called Emilia informed me that I should sit while she seemed busy with something at her station. In a while a coloured guy walks in and she called him first and assisted him. I thought when she was done with him she will continue with me and other old lady who was Xhosa but no they began to congregate on one desk and no one was helping us, they just ignored us.
