I'd like to know the reason for getting a Letter of DEMAND!!! Even though my payment is on Debit Order. No skipped debit orders. In addition, stating that my account is overdue. As I'm checking my Statement, there is NO overdue amount. Only a Current amount which is paid each and EVERY month via Debit Order. This is VERY frustrating.
