Nedbank daylight ******s, must read

Hi, i have a big problem with Nedbank and before i start sharing my experience please change banks or dont bother to open an account with Nedbank, you will be very upset with your decision to make an account or to stay with nedbank. I went to Standard bank with my personal account and business account. First thing first they have no service s****s at all every time i have to call them or go into a bank for help or problems created from their side i am on the phone wasting my call time for more than two hours and after that the problem still exists, so then i go into the bank and they also dont want to helo they rather send you to the phone in the branch and you already know how that turns out. So let me start nedbank are a bunch of daylight ******s, about 3 years ago before i started my company i have been *******ly retrenched not just me but also 5 others. So we went to the ccma to and after 2 months the case results came back and they company that *******ly retrenched us lost the case, so i had all my paper's from the ccma and told them wat had happen and thet told me sorry only they can only help with the company's retirement letters i should have gotten from them, but i told my whole story and showed them the court case i had with the company that didn't follow procedures, but a long story short they didn't help so i kept on paying the amount i should pay, but near the end i saw the installment keeps on staying the same almost after i did pay it. So afterwards i found out they had put on the insurance payment on the loan the same insurance that didn't help me in the first place. So i did phone the bank and insurance department and again after two hours it's the same story and then i asked them but why is the insurance necessary if didn't have work on that time and the person told me, yes you should have canceled it, and then i told her but that is something she should have told me 3 years ago, so have have wasted alot of money on *********** people that doesn't know how to do their work and a bank that just wants your money. So please i am telling you, you will make a big mistake if your are still at Nedbank or decided to go to them.

If anyone knows anything else i can do let me know because i will never leave it like this, i am busy with my lawyer taking this situation by storm. All i am saying dont make the mistakes i made, you will see the other banks are alot more helpful and understanding and you will also see how many money you will save from another bank. All Nedbanks advertising on tv is **** the worst bank ever, after lockdown is done me and my lawyer can make some fun with them but for now i am trying to help people to not fall for the same **************** i have, go do a test makr an account from another bank and you will see. Thank you Nedbank for your worst service and the waste of my time.
