Nedbank daylight bank statement *******

I couldn't download a 6 months bank statement on my app and I went to the branch to ask for it. Consultant that helped me told me it's R45 per page, I asked how many pages it was gonna , she said about 20. Quick calculation on my head, and i thought its about R1000 which is ridiculous for a bank statement. I was ok with it because I needed it. Boom!!!! I HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER R6000 for a bank statement!!!!!
