I app**** for a payment holiday on my personal account on the the first of April and I was told it is successful and I dont have to make payments for the next 3 months ,yesterday I recieved letter that my personal loan is in arrears I failed to make payments for 3 months and they have add interest in it, firstly no one brought it to my attention that the payment holiday was canceled that I need to make payments.
