Nedbank

Yesterday I made a payment from my Nedbank account using payshap to my FNB account.Payshap doesn't even take more than a second to reflect but I haven't received the payment it's been more than 24 hours when I call them they tell me I must contact FNB when I call FNB they saying I must contact Nedbank as they cnt trace incoming payments . I hv never been so frustrated..Nedbank I want my money !!!!!!!!
