Nedbank 😭😭😭😭😭

Today I am disgusted by nedbank, my Sister is a widow and she does not work, she has a money investment with nedbank for few years and the money was due for maturity on the 24 of November 2021. Because of illness my sister couldn't get to the bank on the sat date, three or so days she rented a vehicle as weak as she was, to get to the bank for a process of releasing her funds and she is told by some foolish agent that the money can only be accessible in a month's time, without escalating the matter to management. How the he'll to you move someone's money without consulting them, and return them without helping them even though you see they are fighting for their lives, my sister could die, while some clever fool thinks because they are on the other side of the counter can just dictate rules, without reason. I have always know nedbank to be the worst of banks but dam how do you refuse the person their money when it is life and death situation. But for dam sure we will never take this, my sister can not see the doctors because the bank can just decide to hold on to her money another month never mind she dies, it is business as usual for them.
