Nedbank

My name is Jacob *** .Due to desparation i convinced my wife to apply for a loan which was approved reason was to bih a stand plus minus 3years back.Unfourtunately till now no stand has been given to us.Afyrr loan was approved we immediately transferred money tp the seller. We have been calling /whatsapp or even sms no positive feedback. On saturday 29th we went tp nedbank for confirmati on letter of money being transferred to the seller but asked to come back on monday but only issied with statement with no names only bank accounts which was rejected at court. Please we desparatelly need to submit it to court for letter of demand.What i dont understand is why when one needs help has to ppen an account and deposit money to keep it active whereas monthly deduction goes through. Nedbank dp the right thing and stop stressing us.money transfefref is huge.We need letter eith names of my wife and the guy money eas transferred to.
