Nedbank

Good day

In October 2023, Nedbank send a mail to confirm if my vehicle is still insured. On the 16th of October 2023 my insurance company did send the proof that it is still insured. Nedbank still proceed to deduct my account and until today they did not pay my money back. Nedbank always come back and said the matter is escalated. This is totally unaccepted.
