Nedbank customercare - NO HELP AT ALL

Nedbank General Enquiries, We contacted Nedbank Customer care Monday to enquire who to contact regarding Repairs we did for Nedbank Branches in Rustenburg as n subcontractor for a company called CS SOLUTIONS Pretoria, (Manyene Solutions). They ask me to email ***. then they mailed me back to email ***, they mailed me back with another answer, but with no assistance at all. We have unpaid invoices and need to get in touch with the correct department who handles Nedbank Branch Maintenance & Repairs. I have all email correspondence, signed off jobcards by Nedbank Personell in Rustenburg.
