Nedbank customer services

Where do I start, a whole hour wasted being transferred to the next agent who says they cant help me who then transfers me to the next. Everytime I explain my inquiry with the next agent i loose hope of getting any help from them. Are the agents even informed of what is required? I dont think so, all I needed to know is if nedbank wants me to send building insurance documents or life insurance documents. My day ruined.questions still not answered ☹️☹️
