Nedbank Customer Service Sucks BIG

Deposited funds via cardless deposit ATM Get an error that can not confirm deposit but still the atm retained my funds...mind u this is just outside the branch.. When I go in to get assistance am told to wait and have been waiting over an hour 30mins and counting

Hour for something that should have been conveniently done by the atm and telling me technical error with the atm and when I look they still have people on the same machine

Come on nedbank

What's the point of the atm then
