Nedbank customer service stinks.

I cannot get hold of the client services for Nedbank personal loans since last week.

I get transferred numerous times, or the call cuts.

Your service is horrible.

All i require is a paid up letter for a loan that was settled last week.

They give me numerous numbers, that dont work, or the consultant just drops my call, or i get transferred.
