Nedbank customer service is the worst and money just dissappears with no explanation

I'm so angry money is going off my account and no one from nedbank has an explanation I even went to the protea mall branch in soweto a lady by the name of Lulu couldn't assist me or give an explanation of where my money went to and mind you I get paid into this account meaning my salary will just disappear and no one will have an explanation.. I've only been with Nedbank for two months and I'm already regretting it their customer service is pathetic honestly.. Secondly they don't wanna send me a clear statement so I can see what transpired in my account even after telling them I just came back from hospital and got a leg surgery and can't be uping and downing as I please
