Nedbank customer service is the worst

Last week Friday spoke to Thorne about a shoprite voucher sms that I received from nedbank. I queried this first with Cynthia and two consultants who told me I can visit any shoprite and redeem the voucher with out spending a cent. Went to shoprite and was told they don’t know anything about the voucher or how it works. Then spoke to Thorne who promised to escalate this and provide me with feedback Saturday morning. Guess what nobody from nedbank bothered to call me. Spoke to Precious now on chats who decided to disconnect the chat. I have been using nedbank ever since could remember the service I’m receiving is the worst.
