Nedbank Customer Service

This is a shout out to Neo from Nedbank Cresta. I was having a crisis and all my passwords internet banking and mobile, were messed up. This wonderful lady was so patient, kind and professional. It really isn't often when you find a staff member going out of their way for customer service. This lady needs recognition.
