Nedbank customer service

I've always had problems with Nedbank customer service but today I've had enough... At the makhaza branch I had to wait for 2 hours for assistance but there was 3 people in front of me, and that send imali I can't even send money system keeps on giving me (value of pin invalid ), I'm changing banks starting on the 1st of march I can't with this poor service
