Nedbank - customer service ??

I logged my complaint via the Nedbank website, reference no. CCM ********** 9. The original complaint was that my home loan was deducted on the 3rd of April and not on the 31st of March and as such, my home loan went into arrears. Knowing that I had transferred funds on the 31st of March - I was a bit shocked to see that not only did my home loan debit order not go off but I was charged R90 for the debit orders that did go off on that day, despite the fact that money was available in that account. I queried this and was sent a word document entitled 'What causes fluctuations in the transfer scope; and why is the NedRevolve deposit amount not always fully available for withdrawal.?' The funds were transferred from a Nedbank Business account to a Nedbank Cheque account. Sentences such as 'amortisation of the balance at the prevailing interest rate and current months to go at calculation.' or 'This curve (the limit) is maintained throughout the contract and decreases monthly.' left me dumbfounded.

Nedbank - really? I work for a major organisation and I can say, that we would never send a customer such a ridiculous document that looks like it was done in an in-house training session and expect a customer to be satified with an explanation that makes absolutely no sense to me in any way.

Please do not try and downplay my queries with such meaningless responses, simply to close a call.

I would like a clear answer (explained in such a way that I can understand it) why my transfer from a Nedbank account did not reflect on the date that the transfer was made BUT THREE days later and why you saw it fitting to deduct R90 off my account and why my debit order for my home loan was not put through on the date?

On another issue - I was informed via SMS that my greenbacks card expires. I went to the Mall of the South and was told that I would have to wait over an hour to collect my card. Please can this also be explained to me.
