Nedbank - Customer Service

I am currently banking with nedbank. My credit card was hacked on the 31st Jan 2022, forcing me to block the card. Since then, i have been in and out of nedbank KC, Canal Walk (Cape Town). I have also contacting call centres everyday since then and im just being forwarded to every department with no assistance.

Poor service, i am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
