Nedbank Cresta make nothing happen

<p>I was at Nedbank Cresta mall this afternoon to make a cash deposit to my MFC acc,but i did not have my mfc account details so as i have done before at the very same branch i ask for my MFC account details,the teller was *********** or new because he wanted help from who i think may be the team leader.After a while i had to leave because i was on a lunch break ,so i complained to the teller and the team leader or who ever told the teller to me back my money because he does know how long he'll and not in a nice tone. I have done the same deposit at the very same branch in lless than 2 min ,but this time they really didnt care. Now i have to sit with a late deposit blah blah blah.... There was not even a long que but there was very little interest to help from the staff.</p>
