Nedbank Cresta Forex - what a way to make a long time customer feel like a ********

Do not try to exchange Forex at Nedbank Cresta. As a long time Nedbank customer this is the first time that I have ever been treated as a ******** by the bank. I went in to deposit forex after an overseas trip and I was made to feel like I was a ******** trying to do some ***** dealings. Firstly, the teller would not accept some notes saying that they were too old and then after scrutinising everything about 20 times then decided that other notes were not in pristine condition so he could not take these either. In the end I just got my money back and walked out. I unfortunately can't give them 0 stars on this review, so I will have to settle on 1 star which is way too high for Nedbank Cresta.
