Nedbank (Cresta) excellent service

Excellent service from Mohamed (Nedbank Cresta). I had an account problem which was not resolved over the phone, so I went to the branch. Problem solved, thank you Mohamed. You restore my faith in Nedbank.

I'm looking through various Nedbank customer posts, and it's distressing to see the extent and types of complaints. My 2c that might in some small way contribute to a solution is to always ask for a reference number, and record the date, time and who you spoke to.
