Nedbank Cresta & Eskom the same. Always Offline

I work in the service industry so i work from 08h30 till late with 30mins lunch My closest Nedbank branch is 10mins away The only time i need to go to a branch is for Card Collection EVERYTIME i have been to Nedbank Cresta, the systems are offline. How can one branch be offline so may times, it's pathetic. So i have wasted my whole lunch for no one that can help me

Can you not improve your systems. How can it be that bad. So now when my card expires i cannot use it because you can't issue me with a new card because you always offline. Really pathetic. I mean can you not do what other banks do and deliver cards then at least i have the option of what branch i go to. Can you also as a last resort not tell people you offline, so when i have wasted petrol getting there at least i don't waste time as well waiting for someone to help me and then let me know you offline
