Nedbank Cresta Centre

I have just spoken to one of the most rudest people from Nedbank Cresta Centre. After explaining my situation - she asks me all the same questions. Firstly she clearly did not listen to my situation. She then either put me on hold or tried to transfer me while I was speaking to her!!! Disgusting that I am in the middle of conversation and she does this. I think Nedbank Cresta needs to sort out their receptionist - if that's who answered.
