Nedbank creditcard

I have a nedbank creditcard, last week I paid the full amount since I wanted to close the creditcard, up to date nedbank has not closed my creditcard as request and in the process was charged due to their bad services. I've been calling for assistance, they keep making empty promises. And my creditcard is still open .I don't owe them yet uts difficult for them to close the credit card over 2 weeks now
