Nedbank Credit Short Fall is a ****!

I was involved in a car accident and my car was written off. My insurance settled with my finance bank (MFC) and there’s a short fall. As part of my monthly instalment, I also added a Nedbank Credit Short Fall. I signed my AOL on the 9th of March, till today the Nedbank Credit Short Fall department is refusing to approve my claim because they claim that they never received payment for December (my debit order went through on the 20th of December mind you), MFC then provided paper trail by sending me my Account History showing that Nedbank Credit Short Fall did indeed receive their payment. The lady who’s handling my claim, Simangele Nthoba, has been giving me the run around claiming that they are still trying to track down that outstanding payment for December. This is ****ing me off because it seemingly seems they want to make me settle this short fall amount by dragging the “investigation” while MFC deducts my monthly instalment. So ***********!
