Nedbank Credit Recovery is sitting around doing NOTHING!

I paid off my credit card 3weeks ago. But Nedbank still debited my account. After speaking to them it was explained that I didn’t notify them that I’m making payment that’s why the debit ran. Which I understood. I asked them for a refund and paid up letter which they said they’ll send in 7 to 10 days. Still today nothing. I’ve called in twice and was told this is being escalated it’s suppose to have been done. Still nothing. I’m Friday I spoke to Stephan Swart who said his escalating to his manager and the manger will call. Did he call?? NO!!!

Why the hell must I be chasing after you????! I need that paid up letter!! What’s so hard about refunding me and sending the letter???? It’s the fourth week now!!!!
