Nedbank Credit Cards poor service

I phoned Nedbank for assistance with my creditcard payment, the person assisting me at 09H41 this morning, Thabang, said he will immediately send me an e mail, with steps on how to make the payment…. It is now 10H30 and I still haven’t received anything… once again….. Well Dine Nedbank on extremely poor service!!!!
