Nedbank Credit Cards Disinterest in Solving consumer problems

I have over a month and three weeks asking Nedbank to send me the credit application I took on my credit card to get it legaly reviewed as there had been unsatisfactory mishandling of my account and till today i havent gotten their attention.

Im hounded by lawyers on prescribed debt and they don't seem to care.
