Nedbank Credit Cards - Bad Service

Nedbank Credit Card Department , Account closure . its been up to 7 months now Nedbank still sending me statements with a credit card Balance of an account that was long closed, Been calling almost every Month and the agents kept telling me that the account shows closed and i shouldn't receive the emails no longer , Till today the Statement are coming and the account balance is increasing every month , and when i call the call centre they still refer to the account on the system , still appear on my credit profile
