Nedbank Credit Card unit

The Nedbank Credit Card Unit is appalling. My brother has a credit card with Nedbank, he borrowed my sister money from the credit card. My sister wanted to pay the amount borrowed to her directly to the credit card account. My brother went to the branch to request the relevant information to enable my sister to link the credit card account to her personal account. When my sister tried to make a payment into the credit card account it kept on failing. My brother had to go back to the branch and was told that there is no way that the credit card account could be linked. If there is any payment that needs to be done, one has to untilise their ATM for the deposit. How is that even a thing, imagine carrying R15k on a queue of some ATM because a bank like Nedbank does not have an option of linking credit card account to another account? What about safety, convenience and peace of mind for a client?
