NEDBANK CREDIT CARD - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I Bank with this Bank quit for a while. Also have a Credit card with them. i am not happy as they do not make any contact as i app**** on Money App for Credit Card increase which they increase my Credit card with only R7000. nobody even phoned me or advised how much i qualify for. they increased it from R23 700 to R30 000.

So i phoned the Credit card call center and app**** for 2nd Credit card, which they Pre-approved. after a week i phoned Nedbank to find out the feedback which they said it was Declined because i app**** 3 weeks ago for increase on current Credit card, which im also not happy as i believe i can qualify for a much higher credit card

NOT HAPPY WITH NEDBANK. i rather close everything and go to different Bank.
