Nedbank Credit Card Settlement Nightmare

I would rate them zero if I could. I have a credit card with Nedbank and unfortunately I lost my job in 2020 and the account went into default. My account was then handed over to a company called Trevor Jaggard who were very professional and I would think a big company like Nedbank would work with a more reputable company buy I guess not. Anyway I settled the account and wanted and a statement reflecting that but Trevor Jaggard and the Nedbank Credit Card department keep ghosting me, I have sent emails, sent WhatsApps and made calls to enquire and follow up. I wouldn't recommend the services of Nedbank if this is how they treat their customers, I am done with them
