Nedbank Credit Card - settle

Nedbank sent a SMS that I qualify for 30% discount if settle my credit card,

I have spent more than 180 minutes on the phone and still no confirmation. Emails do not get answered only out reply. Went to the branch and the called and hold on bit less. Sent me home said they will send me a email, but 3 days later NO EMAIL?
