Nedbank Credit Card - Service issues

Credit Card has been paid up and received a Paid Up letter from Nedbank but Nedbank has not updated the Credit Bureaus as it still shows in arrears. Multiple calls, email correspondence but still no joy. Every call made is the same response where i need to send my credit report to Nedbank. Highly Frustrated.
