Nedbank Credit Card - second attempt to hear from this bank regarding a statement not received

Nedbank Credit Card usually sends out its clients "Email" statements from around the 4th to the 6th of each month

Still have not received mine for the month of November 02 to December 01 2019

I bank with Standard Bank and even though its a ordinary account with little activity, one being transferring to my credit card account timorously , I cannot remember when or if Standard Bank ever failed to send out the monthly statements

Nedbank, I can mention fails to at least twice a year

I'm also not prepared to pay Nedbank the R30.00 charge to keep my banking records up to date for the reminder to send out my statement

Lets see if Nedbank can attend to this client complaint
