Nedbank Credit card repayment a nightmare.

I have opened a Credit card with Nedbank in June 2020. On my application i mentioned that i get paid on the 15th of each month, which they can debit my account on that same date, the 15th of each month. July 15th 2020 a debt order went through fine, the problem started when they debited again on the same month on the 25th. I then called them and enquired and asked them to rectify this. On August 2020 the debt order did not go through. On 2nd September an APO debit order went through my account an bounced. On the 15th September it went through successful. On the 25th September another one tried, but was unsuccssful.

I called them and spoke to an agent by the name Asanda, and the he transfared me to another lady(forgot her name). The are telling me that on the 15th(the day i get my salary), there were no funds in my account, which is not true and i have statements to prove.
