Nedbank Credit Card Recoveries are ***********!

I am SOOOO angry with Nedbank Credit Card Legal department right now.

This morning I received an sms saying I have not made payment to them for March and April. Yet I've made a payment of minimum R500 each month. Some months I've paid R700. Yes the credit card was initially handed over and I'm now paying the legal department but it doesn't mean you guys must treat me like garbage. I feel very offended when I've been doing so we with payment. First you guys removed the credit card details from my Money app at the end of April, I called and was advised Nedbank was supposed to have removed it a long time ago. So I got the bank details and made a transfer at the end of April. This payment was for May because I had already transferred money for March and April the month before it was due.

I tried calling today and they're closed but can clearly still harass people. I'm so angry. I've been good with payment. I'm not sure if they prefer people who just don't pay at all???

On the app i would see how the money was being allocated etc but now I can't. You guys seem to be doing something ***** and *********. Plus your call Centre is rude. What a bad representation of Nedbank. As an ex employee I'm shocked that things have turned this bad with Nedbank. Please learn from your vehicle finance department how to treat clients. Blood is green? I think not. Mike Brown needs to know this is how loyal clients are treated.
