Nedbank Credit Card Payments unallocated

I have been making payments to my nedbank credit card account which is in arrears and nobody dared to make allocations against my account and now the lawyers are calling me and telling me that they are going to attach my staff. For what because nedbank staff are not doing their job in doing allocations on payments made. So somebody must get to the bottom of this. I am a professional and is so embarrassing to be called everyday regarding outstanding payment which I am making payment towards monthly. Moreover is not like I wanted things to be that way.
