Nedbank Credit Card payments are impossible to do

I have been trying for a few months to get assistance with having to pay my Credit Card from FNB and its near impossible to get assistance whether by your customer service line *** as calls are ALWAYS cut off EVERYTIME. Emails get no replies. I just want to make regular payments, but Nedbank Credit Card is so backward, its an impossible task. Not good business practice or customer centric behavior. They are unable to provide any service.
