Nedbank Credit Card - No Customer Service of Relation

Financial Institutions are so quick to hand your over and give you bad listing on your credit report, but when you try to get them to correct your stuff on your credit report, they are useless. I've been trying for round about three week now, to get my Nedbank credit card removed from my credit report. or even just corrected. I've been in contact with a lady Monique Plaatjies, that promised me that everything will sorted by Friday. My record have still not been corrected, the Nedbank Credit is still showing as owing on my report. I'm not getting any replies from Monique and the last time I spoke to her, she was actually irritated with me because I keep on calling her to follow up. The funny thing is that I had a personal Loan account and a credit card with Nedbank the personal loan had been closed and sorted but the credit card is a huge problem, and I just about had enough with begging and pleading to get my record cleared.
