Nedbank Credit Card Nightmare

Worst experience trying to settle a credit card I have not used in the last 8 years, that accumulated fees. a through and through nightmare trying to close the account when Nedbank cannot trace the settlement payment made and all the consultants answering the customer care line are nothing short of being totally inefficient.
